1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using We2: AI Relationship Questions ("We2", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.
2. Description of Service
We2 provides an application designed to help couples connect through AI-generated questions, shared answers, and meaningful reflections. We utilize third-party services including Firebase (for backend infrastructure) and Google Gemini API (for AI content generation) to deliver these features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use We2. By creating an account and using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
4. User Accounts and Pairing
To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
When pairing with a partner using a 6-character code, you consent to sharing your generated questions, answers, and profile data with that specific paired user.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including your paired partner.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app.
6. AI-Generated Content
Our service utilizes artificial intelligence (Google Gemini API) to generate questions. While we strive to provide high-quality and safe content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of any AI-generated text. You agree that We2 is not liable for any consequences resulting from your interaction with AI-generated content.
7. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of We2 and its licensors.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall We2, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
